It began its journey in the year 2007 under the name (Iraq Al-Waed Engineering Company for General Contracting Limited) in accordance with Law 21 and with a capital of (5,000,000,000) five billion Iraqi dinars. Under the first classification of the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and with an executive capital estimated at (100,000,000) million dollars, its name was changed to the Modern Civil Technologies Company in accordance with the company’s decision held at the company’s headquarters on 2/15/2011 and by amending the first paragraph of the incorporation contract to become the Modern Civil Technologies Company to cover The company's projects: The company has exceptional expertise in the sectors of limited general contracting, marketing centers, giant residential complexes, and construction contracting in various fields, including giant specialized hospitals, schools, integrated buildings, and integrated urban planning for cities.
